"My experience with State Farm I guess it is Bryce Armstrong I thought his name was Corey could be wrong but I will say they are consistent they are patient he waited for me to call him he did follow up with me he was patient respectful and did not push me to order or get insurance from your company I literally decided to switch companies because of him he was so sweet so considerate he sold your insurance better than a manager salesman if you guys could give him a raise and I hope he gets the commission because he's the only one that I would speak to and Bryce sorry I've been calling you Corey but I don't know who it was I just know the guy that I spoke to that is on my phone it's the only person that has sold me something in years because of respect and patience and I got home and car insurance and I have never had someone convinced me to get home insurance besides him it's on a rate to 1 to 20 I will give you guys a 21 and again he needs a raise a bonus I don't know but maybe a cake I just know the dude that I talk to and got insurance from is probably your number one salesperson sorry for everybody else but he's awesome and thank you and I am so happy that I have insurance would stay far thank you again and if anybody in the world is reading this I am a number one fan State Farm thank you again for your services and I plan on paying you guys every month give or take a day earlier a day late but it will be paid thank you I give you more than five stars if I could"

"Recently switched from Allstate to Armstrong State Farm in Edwardsville and what a great experience it has been. Not only is the team a wealth of knowledge but they are willing to thoroughly explain and help in any question I have. The team is transparent and truthful even when the competitors have given WRONG information about policies/payouts/coverage with State Farm. My home, Auto and motorcycle insurance were not only cheaper in price which is great but I got more for my dollar here, and that means a-lot if I ever have to make a claim. They also do claims in house so I do not have to dial a 1800 number and speak to someone, I can talk face to face which in these days is rare. Brass tacks if you want an honest no BS office willing to work for you, these are your guys/girls."
